WatPack acts as your primary point of contact for SIM activation, plan management, and connectivity support.
Who should I contact for SIM activation or connectivity issues?
All SIM- and connectivity-related requests — including activation, plan changes, usage questions, and troubleshooting — should be handled by contacting WatPack directly.
Students should not contact the carrier unless specifically instructed by WatPack.
How are payments processed? Is my payment information secure?
All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
WatPack does not store or access your full card details. Payment information is handled by Stripe in accordance with its own security and privacy standards.
Are WatPack services refundable?
WatPack provides digital products and service-based support.
Digital products are non-refundable. Services may be reviewed for refunds only in case of a verified service-related issue, as outlined in our Refund Policy.

No. Canada or Schengen Visa Application is strictly non-refundable, regardless of application outcome, processing time, or personal circumstances.
